They say they are from Microsoft tech-support and that my charge card will be charged $1499 if I don’t call back to cancel.

just got the call and it shows they are located near Winthrop University in Rock Hill SC. Needs to be stopped. Election is tomorrow!
Recording stated that there has been "serious" fraudulent activity on my current computer and that they will be forced to shut down my internet and file an arrest warrant if I don't call immediately.
