I recieved a call from a male looking for a unkown person I told them wrong number so he repeated the phone number back to me i told him it was my bussiness cell phone and he hung up

Have gotten several calls from this number to my cell number, about 5 in a 4 hour period in past 2 days, I let them go to voice mail. Jennifer @ Cover One Insurance saying she received my application & tells me about their insurance plans...I never contacted them nor sent any application. Never heard of them before. Now I wouldn't buy from them even IF I did know who they were....Also I get the same call from 540-216-0464!.

I was called by some flunkie named Stan Lewis. He acted like he wanted a service from me yet he could not keep his lies straight. Since he constantly lied during the harassing call, I knew he was put up to it by an overeducated hubristic wench named Mary G. Carreras from Chippenham whom I had severe trouble with and she was told, in writing, to never contact me in any way or by anyone or any place else. She is so arrogant, she ignores anything anyone else says and does what she wants. This call from that loser Stan Lewis was a couple of days after she got my letter. Upon a written complaint to Anthem, they admitted he was put up to harassing me by her and they did not see anything wrong with it. They admitted they doubled my rate because I complained about an employee harassing me for his sick fun. Because of their rate doubling and standing behind one of their employees making harassing calls on a company telephone, I dropped them and said Stan is the sole reason I dropped them. Stan and that piece of trash Mary are good friends which as also told to me by Anthem. Mary also tried to kill me on the road some months ago by attempting to ram me. This was reported to the police. The next attempt on my life from her will get her in court. Let her insult, lie to, etc. the judge like she does to everyone else and see what happens to her. She and that Stan need to be put away in a mental place forever. NEVER deal with Anthem or HCA hospitals!

yes anthem is listed. however anthem had an agent visit my home unexpected. and anthem continually sends me policy notifications and adjustment mailbut when i needed medial care they refused on the basis my dr did not provide proper medical encoding (i have proof and handwriting). that is: whether i would be covered was "unkown". i do work with [***] or unkowns and still need (treatment)it's obvious these people are paid to do junk mail but do not provide health care - and do so on the tax dollar - while hiring man illegalsanother win for Obama!
