They started calling at 6 AM and have been calling all day. How do I stop this?

followed this advice after receiving 20 calls in 15 minutes. They owe me 5 bucks for the reverse look up I had to do. Reply

If you turned that information over to the attorney generals office OMG they would be in so much trouble you can't imagine!!! The patient the information that was given out could file a law suit:} I bet that would get the problem fixed quick! Medical records are to be highly guarded federal hippa law regulates and when there is a screw up some heads will turn.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this phone number!!!

Called 13 times to my work phone number.

One of my employees has received 15 calls in the last 1hour. (as i type this it is ringing again). We found this thread and called Anthem at 804-354-7000 . Maybell was very nice and wrote down our number that was being called. I told her about his site and gave her the above URL, explaining how i got her number. Not surprisingly, she was familiar with it and said it was "a glitch". I pointed that this glitch has been going on for nearly TWO YEARS and that hopefully armed with this information Anthem will be able to finally fix this embarrassing and quite stupid problem once and for all, or get someone fired. Thanks for dealing with this Anthem!-df(wow even as i finish this my phone is ringing again. Lame)

This number 678-678-6200 is calling me every 6 minutes - how do I stop it?

Anthem Blue Cross said they have computerized fax machines that will continue to send faxes, a glitch in their system. They can have it blocked if you call them and request it BUT it will take several hours. The main switchboard # is 804-354-7000.

Phone number kept calling 5:20 a.m. then again 5 minutes longer..finally had to take off the hook...when you pick up phone just beeps..sounds like Fax

This has to be one of the most messed up systems in the world! They started faxing me at 2 am and did so every six minutes for the next half hour. I did call the 804-354-7000 number above and got an operator. She told me that they would have IT block my number. She also told me they get angry calls every day about this. Duh! Then fix it!!!!!!!
