Said I have not paid the bill, ha ha ha I know what I pay and if I have had blood work done. Don’t send money over the phone Scam Scam Scam. They hung up when I called them a scammer.
I just got a call 805 519 5311they said I owe From US Diagnois for 300. and some dollars I told them to send me a bill and I would check with my Doctor. they said they would start a proseige to ruin my credit.
scam. don't ever pay anyone on the phone, especially if you know that you would receive several bills before collections was sent. they said they were from US diagnostics.
Called stating that I have been turned over to collect money from US Diagnostic Labs for work April 18, 2018. Stated that the lab company had sent me four bills for almost $400 which I ignored. This is not true. I have contacted US Diagnostic and now want to let you know this scam.
I got a called today from this number asking me for unpaid bill $380.00 from a Lab Quest since 2018. I blocked the number!!
12 /4/19 at 1:43pm. Got a call from Veronica with Consumer Collection stating I owed for lab work completed April 2018 by US Diagnostic lab. She want payment $405.60. Said I had CBC, CMP, Lipids and sediment rate. She tells me that my bill is past due and needed payment now or a 35% fee would be added. She went on to tell me insurance only pays for one sediment rate every three years (really!). How would she know if I had previous lab work? I felt it was a scam so I asked her what address she would send her notice too. She had my correct home address! So then I asked her if she had my date of birth and she did! This is very concerning to me. This lady was very good. Disconcerting that they actually can have accurate personal info. Be very careful.

I got a call today for my husband for an outstanding bill from 4/20/18 for some $400 - it was for a cbc, cmp, lipid test and a sediment test but that the insurance wouldn't pay for the sediment test. And that it would go against our credit but not for the $400 it would be $800. I even made the woman get her supervisor and he tried to convince me that he couldn't give me any more information because the lab had tried to contact us for the bill payment 4 times and we hadn't responded. These people are really good - I am a tough person to deal with and asked who the doctor was, told him he would have to stay on the phone with me until I figured it out, and while I looked to see when my husband had been at the doctor's office, and if we had anything in the file, he used HIPPA as the reason for not being able to give me some of the info I was asking him for and on and on. I told him I wasn't going to pay something I had never seen and that they needed to send me the info - he said that it meant that I was refusing to pay the bill and that I would only get a letter and find out once it had already affected my credit score. Even the supervisor gave up. DO NOT LET THEM CONVINCE YOU THAT THIS WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE.
Just got a call from this number. Said i owed money for lab work i had done back in April 2018 for $400 or so dollars from quest diagnostics and it needed to be resolved today or my credit score would be affected. they had my old address. Apparently quest diagnostics was hacked. Don’t give any information!
I picked up and demanded to know who it was. He asked my name. I asked him why he was calling. Again, he asked my name, this time, in an angry, rude tone of voice. I asked why he was harassing old people in their homes. Again, the angry demand for my name. I told him I would report him to the police. Again, the angry demand for my name. I called him a lowlife criminal and hung up.
