it can also be sprint's voicemail.. b/c it comes up on my bill as "voicemail" and was stored in my phone automatically, when I purchased it.
That phone number belongs to Tmobile and it is their voicemail retrieval system. I would file a complaint if you want them to fix it! 877 746 0909 is their CS number tell them you mean business!
All, I have been receiving weird phone calls from the Tmobile Voicemail number on my cell phone. If you are wondering if this number was automatically programmed into my cellphone at time of purchase, IT WAS. I am receiving VM's from a recorded voice stating my first and last name and that I need to call 800-998-5000. When I call that number it asked to remove my number from the no call list. I have done this countless times. I am not sure why it is not removing me, however I feel that my personal information is out there now. So at this point, I am more than likely going to switch carriers if this continues to happen. I used to have a Blackberry phone and would press and hold #1 to dial my voicemail. Now I have a windows mobile phone and the VM can be accessed by pressing #1 OR by just hitting the VM key on my screen which is the same exact number as 805-637-7243. Not sure what is going on, but will call customer care and see if they know a fix and let you all know. I really didn't know there were others out there that were experiencing the same exact issue that I am. Thanks for the heads up!
I live overseas since Feb 2015 and i don"t have phone service with u so what is your problem have Smart not T-Mobile so quit calling my voice/phone # Or do i call my atty.to file a harssment
call them and tell them about this log and print it out and your bills with the extra calls . total it up and make them be fair about it. it is their system that is messed up and from what i can see people have been complaining about this for over a year to them!!!!! over 1 year............. that's a lot of money.
