this company is currently suing me for a hospital bill. I just got served yesterday at work by a sherriff.

keep geting phone calls from this number. leave an automated message giving the number to call back. have no idea who they are or what they want.

I have been getting automated daily sometimes 2 x daily from this company asking me to return their call...asking to identify full name..I called back twice..and my call was fwd by automated prompts..of which I left no return phone number except to tell them I didn't know who they are and I did not have an outstanding debt..2 time I ask them not to call me or to allow a real person to answer...I answered 2 calls recently, prompted to press "O" for a rep...then a real person gets on, and only want me to acknowledge my name ..on both occasion, they kept asking if I was this person..and on each I asked who they were and who RMC is...on both they hung up after I kept asking them who they are! One person I spoke to identified herself as Wendy , when I repeatedly asked her who they are, she said "don't yell @ me!..I told her they called me, and I wanted to know who they are..and another was a male voice...they each hung up on me. When the male did not say who he was, I told him I would not acknowledge their question, until they are forthcoming with theirs..in order for me to know if they are a FRAUD!..he too hung up....I WILL NOW FILE A REPORT WITH THE US ATTORNEY AND 'BLOCK' THE NUMBER...One week while out of town, and my phone message center had 20 calls tying my ans. machine...IT'S HARASSMENT!

These people are constantly calling my number. They are harrassing me and there is absolutely no reason for them to be calling. I'm getting sick and tired of this and getting ready to do some harrassment of my own if they don't stop!

In order for a debt collector to release information over the phone they have to identify the person they are speaking to. Its a Federal privact protection law. Your dealings with them simply demonstrate they are following the law. Your refusal to properly identify yourself is the only thing that is making this go on and on. The original creditor has a right to collect their debt using an agency. In order for that agency to collect that debt they need first to identify who they are talking to. After that you will find out the details. It could not be simpler but some just don't get it.

What a self-serving crock. Bill, you give the name of your company clearly when you place a call that you want returned, you don't hide behind the ol' beep and boop telephone tree. The people answering the phone had better be ready with the name of the company when they make the connection, incoming or outgoing. Why anyone would call this company back at all kind of escapes me, but the company's refusal to properly identify themselves seems to be the main problem with the folks who do call you back.

Bill,You are wrong, the only thing they need is the phone number. They pull up there information from the phone number and state the name that they have asociated with that number, if it is you be honest. If it is not you tell them, if you've recently changed your telephone number tell them it is a recycled number. Notice at no time did I disclose any of my own information.

Bill, you are a scam artist like they are. They are calling me and I owe no-one anything. Pure BS and intimidation to extort money out of the innocent.
