Claims to be a property investor wanting to purchase property I just purchased. Wants a response back even if I'm not interested. He never said the address or how he got my phone number. My phone didn't even ring... just went straight to voicemail. I don't even have any property! Definitely some kind of scam to get personal information.
Just called me and literally gave the verbatim spiel as the previous listed reports: Says he's at the Next Level Properties in Kansas City. Calling me on a house that I own that he just came across. He never mentions the address location, so I don't know how he got my number. Says he's looking to buy a couple more investment properties in the area and wanted to see if I would consider selling. Cash buyer and can close quickly. Able to agree on a price.
Call didn't show up in recent phone calls but person left a message about wanting to purchase a property that I supposedly own.
wants to buy property but does not identify the proper wanted/location nor the owner he is looking for. By passing straight to voice mail without phone ever ringing. His recording also breaks up when he states his name so you cannot understand it. He wants a call back with a yes or no regarding his offer to buy. This is the 3rd time he has called my number.

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
