Not sure how they got my number because I never list my home phone when I fill out forms. At first called 2-3 times a day and I ignored it. I eventually got fed up and answered and asked to be taken off their list. Stopped getting calls for 3 days, now they call 6-8 times a day and at least half of those calls are after 9 pm, which is illegal for debt collectors but apparently if you conduct "surveys" you can call at all hours. If this keeps up I'm going to lodge a complaint with my state attorney general.

@ Carolyn, I also enrolled in a Medicare Part D plan over the phone. I was informed by that company that I would get a call from someone else to verify that I wanted this plan. And, to verify that I understood the information given to me and the cost to me each month. Did not answer the first time and they did not leave a message. However, when they called back I spoke with them. Thy did not need any information about me. Just went over the information again. I hope you all have the same experience next time!

That is a bit extreme!! Phone companies offer call blocking and you can buy phones with call blocking features!

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past few days. Yesterday I received a postcard from DSS Research as the return address. The other side said they need my help completing a survery my insurance company sent me a couple of weeks ago. I do not complete surveys for my insurance. I pay for it and how I feel is my business. Obviously other insurance companies use DSS to seek information. I just ignore the calls but it is getting annoying.

Called once ... did not leave a message. Don't know if they have called back or not. Did the "calling them and dialing 1 to remove" work for anyone?

I get calls to my cell phone all the time from this number. They do not leave a message and I don't answer calls from an unknown caller. They call at least twice a day or more.

Just get a phone that blocks calls. I have a Panasonic phone that will store a phone number and block it from getting through anymore

Just a a call from 817-302-0300. Looks like the national no call registry doesnt work to prevent unwanted call.We better start spamming that number or send them a text msg from a free site just google 'free texting" and they have several free services.
