It's not just AARP. It is a survey company for all health insurance companies for both young and old. Anyone who has a health care plan. It is a survey to ask you how satisfied you are with the health care, so they can provide that feedback back to the health care company.
It is not just Medicare related. It is any health care. Whether you're 18 or 81, if you have a health plan of any kind, Medicaid, Medicare, or one you purchase. It is a survey company. They want to know if you are satisfied with your insurance. They called me. They knew me by name and my health care insurance plan. They get referred by different health insurance companies to do research for them and get feedback on how they like the health care plan and if it is meeting their needs, etc.
Another call re: so called survey. I don't answer these calls. That is the best way to avoid telephone scams.

Lady, Survey's do nothing but annoy people, if you want a survey send an email or letter and let the people do it on their time if they want to if not, then great, so I would be rude to anyone that calls me and asks me any question personal or not, if you call me to interrupt me, you are going to catch hell period, and then I will hang up
Just got a call from this number believe it to be DSS Research. Funny though, I hardly ever get scam calls but about 2 weeks ago I started getting phone calls 2 to 3 times a day from 650501 then just 501 and now from 817-665-8325 why would they spoof their number?I did get 3 snail mails from survey company about a month or so ago about my medical insurance. They went right in the trash just like these calls. Asked many personal questions.
