This number has been calling me constantly at least twice a day for the last week. Never leaves message. Don't know anyone at that number and have no intention to answer it.

Yes, the phone was never intended to be used as an intrusive data collection, advertising, or political tool. And then there are the spam/phishing calls. We all need to take caution when unknown callers, possibly misleading or misrepresenting themselves, invade our private lives. There are many good reasons why people may be upset at the constant barrage of calls that can come into our private residences daily. I personally have taken care of very ill family members, and if I do get a moment of rest or peace, I don't want someone calling me. And as we age, no matter how in tuned we might be with the risks of scam artists, you may still be fooled. As for United Health Care. We were forced onto this plan through our employer. They are the most obnoxious intrusive, generally incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. They call constantly are pushy, drown us with large mailings, including GC incentives to use their doctors. Stop the mailings and phone calls. If we want to see a doctor, we will call one. Just pay for the specialized wheelchair that the patient needs.( Because they didn't and we can't see our established doctors any more). We all pay good money to use the phone for private purposes. We have a right to say stop calling. I just don't answer anymore, or I pick up the phone and hang up. If I don't recognized the number or if they don't leave a verifiable message I do not respond. I have always been a respectful person, but sometimes you just have to take a hard stand when there is no other option. BTW. Any person who responds to another person for stating an opinion, comments about that persons intelligence or writing ability in a personal way, should take a long hard look in the mirror, and ask yourself, what makes you think your are better than anyone else, or that your comments have any merit or purpose in this form.

How do you wake someone who is "almost" asleep?

I just wrote the post on March 31, 2016 in response to billme. Then I found this post with the same, Don't Call Me I'llCall You name, but with each word starting with a capital letter. We are not the same person.

I've been receiving these junk calls from this number at least twice a day, usually 2 hours apart between 7pm-9pm. I never answer the calls because I knew the whole thing was bogus as soon as I saw "Decision Support" on the caller id.

anybody/anything that calls from an unfamiliar number & doesn't leave a message is Fake. ignore & forget.

I don't want to recive this call.

We are scam artist that are trying to steal your identity. We get your number and name by hacking the databases of the places you do business with. So please answer our questions so we can gather complete information on you and totally live a luxurious life while you spend thousands trying to stop us.

block those numbers they so annoying

I do not speak English well and I do not want to get these calls.
