Got a call from this #@6:41 p.m. No msg was left.

Received calls 6/12, 6/19, 6/22,6/29,6/30, 7/3. Instructed them not to call again. Still calling. Can I sue for disturbing the peace?

Scam or no scam you don't call anyone for information at 9pm it's rude.

This is a marketing research company requesting information about your supplemental Medicare health plan. I don't give out personnel information over the phone that can be sold to other telemarketers. They may well be a reputable company but I did not request a call from them and I don't know who gave them my telephone number.

This number called I'm in Spokane WA I don't know anyone in Texas so I didn't take the call

I am on the DNC list and did not give them permission to call me.

Called left no message, this is a company that totally ignores the national do not call list. There are no consequences for violations of the list. Nobody seems to care. They hire low skilled employees to man a computer that dials the telephones for them.

I realize that the National Do-Not-Call Registry doesn't cover surveys or non-profit agencies. I think this is a weakness in the law, since surveys are typically for the benefit of some private entity or agency (not me or someone acting on my behalf...), and there are over 1.4 million non-profits in the U.S. - do you want them all calling...? That said, I treat these calls the same as any other telemarketing call: I try to waste as much of their time as possible (it sounds like these folks are looking for those over 60 or 65 - bear that in mind if you want them to continue the call) and always give them completely bogus information. I signed with the NDNCR so as not to be interrupted unnecessarily by a ringing phone - anyone who violates this is fair game, and apparently the only thing the callers understand is what affects their bottom line. Punk 'em down...

This never keeps calling and it is getting annoying.
