I received call today from 817 665-8325 - I answered the phone and caller hung up immediately.
They called here again, at 9PM. Nobody here has enrolled in a new insurance plan. They have called twice today, and do not leave a message. We don't answer unrecognized numbers.Caller ID shows them as DECISION SUPPORT.
No one in my household is on medicare or medicaid. We have group health insurance through my husband's job. Absolutely no reason for anyone to survey our experience buying a medicare supplement plan since we are not on - nor do we qualify for - medicare. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck.....Now blocked.
Got a call from this number for a "survey". Told the caller that the person they were requesting wasnt here at this time. Glad I searched this number, no i know not to answer
11:30 am call. Asked for my wife by name. Wouldn't talk to me. Said they would try again later.
Caller from Micro-Soft Anti-Virus Response Team letting me know that a hacker was trying to break into my computer. They gave me a link to go to so I could download the program to stop the hacker. I typed it in and tried to run the program, but all I got was a black screen. Then I realized my computer wasn't turned on, so I pushed the switch, but nothing happened because it's unplugged. They asked if I had another computer and I said yes, my laptop, and they asked whether it's turned on, and I said yes. So they told me to type in the link, but my laptop wasn't here since I lent it to my brother-in-law who's at school, and he keeps it on at this time for doing homework. I told them that, but then they just hung up on me.
Got a call asking for my wife. When I inquired what it was about, they relied it was about her enrollment application to United Health Care through AARP. I advised the female caller my wife never submitted an application as she was already enrolled with another company in preparation for her retirement. She then asked if I wished to be transferred to another department in order to cancel the application. Again, I advised her there was NO APPLICATION SUBMITTED. She didn't understand the word NO. I should have asked for a copy of the application so we could turn it in to the police for a report of fraud/identity theft as someone forged her signature.
