They called from this number and asked for someone I know. I asked the lady why she wanted to reach them. She said it was private. I said fine, give me your phone number and name and I will give it to the person. Guess what she said? Yep! "Sorry I can't do that." So I said, I can't do it either. I don't give out phone numbers to unknown people.
Called me EARLY morning on a Saturday. Didn't answer 1st time (I am sound asleep at 5 am!). 2nd call I answered, thinking it was an emergency. Guy was SO RUDE and after I told him it was illegal to call so early, started saying rude/nasty/derogatory things. Freaked me out because my husband had gotten calied into work early!
