i rec'd a call from this number today. new cell phone so i have not given my number to anyone. i have gotten a call from this number before and it was an investigator. what the heck is going on. why are people calling from this number and why does everyone think it is the animal shelter child support or what not. i think it is a number the county uses. well they need to get their ish together and stop bugging people.
This is an internal line for Monterey County. I was left a message with a different call back number. The call was regarding a job offer.

PCI called and left a message on my voice mail looking for a Gary Austin. My name is Mike and I have never met a Gary Austin. These voice mail messages have been coming for the past week. I cant be bothered to waste my time with stupid scammers.

Received 2 calls/voicemails on 10/22/25 from different people at this number claiming to be with Fortitude Assistance and Fortitude Systems re: possible jobs in IT departments. Sounds questionable. I'm not in that industry so makes no sense.
Daily calls, no messages
This number had my name, address, and the amount of money I owed for a medical procedure (but had already paid) and said they were calling to collect it before it went to court. I told her I'd do it online, and low and behold I have already paid it.
