Junk debt collector. Statute of Limitations is ignored. They never stop. Changing my phone number is the only option.
This business works with Portfolio Recovery ASSociates and United Process Servers to collect on junk debt. My debt is 13 years old, well beyond the Statute of Limitations. These folks have called my family members and their children, and past fiances, and anyone on those Weblists, threatening summons, lawsuits etc. All talk, no action. Instead of actually bringing an unenforceable action, they harass to the point of madness. I lost a $600K inheritance because of these dirty dogs.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
