Called my cell, my work and my brother in laws home phone saying its Michael Carter, has been happening all week
I received the same call and distorted VM and when I call back they pick up and hang up..
Called, actually had info from my credit report, which was a bank that I owed money too. They claim the amount owed is actually 4 times the amount than what is reflected on actual credit report. Not sure about these people.
I have also received the call from Michael Carter. I called to get ahold of him and was informed he is only the gentleman who records the message, which makes complete sense, since our names are automated in a different voice. She asked why I needed to get ahold of him and I responded with, "I am Liberty, from the law offices of Deurst and Funk and I was calling in regards to the complaint we have against him, please have him contact me at our office, the number is 15413833200."
I have been receiving calls from "Micheal Carter". Saying there has been a formal complaint. Why am I not receiving this in the mail? He also called my ex husbands parents house and we have been divorced for over 10 years. Sounds really shady!
Received a call this morning saying there's been a formal complaint filed against my son and if I know the whereabouts. People need to get a life. What do they even get out of this?
They call me twice saying the same thing that someone had file a complaint on me, and that to call them to reach the individual I call back and it went to voicemail their office was closed. They also contacted my brother telling him they had a complaint under my name and for him to call the authorities. [***] scammers. Idk how they got my number.
My mom and I got the same call from the same guy about my ex who I haven't seen in over 12 years... like I don't care call the authorities it's funny the message is almost identical to everyone's on here! Tried calling back so they don't call again but machine picked up.
