I just received a message from Karen Murphy said I had a complaint against me and needs my info. Will go to my HR dept if i don't cooperate. Funny I'm retired!!!: Who the heck are these people calling??

Received the same voicemail as listed previously from Karen Murphy. Contacted the # she left to call, reached a "Mr. Smith" with the "legal department." Advised I wasn't sure who Karen was trying to reach since she didn't state a person's name in the voicemail. He asked for my phone #, I gave it to him and he asked if I was Jennifer Barlow, I stated "no." (I'm not her) He then asked if I had gotten this new number within the last 90 days and I stated "no this is a work phone belonging to my company and I've had this number for over 4 years." He stated he would make a note on the account that she had given them fraudulent information and have my number removed. He never gave a company name or any information (It did sound weird), but I guess we will see if they remove my phone #.

Same exact all asking to update info or going to HR/payroll. She uses my maiden name which I have gone by in many years. Calls have gone to my relatives too leaving messages about me. Very unnerving

Same MO.. Total scam.

I received same message would call my HR department or payroll department. I do. To respond to this call it’s a scam so aggravating these can get by the do not call list!
