Had a call from this number Talked to a Aaron Digsny had my old address wrong number and my SSN sounded very convincing but then after saying I had to think about making payment i need to think about it I then called up the Visa card company to see if any of this was true and they had no record of an account under my phone number SSN or address along with no contracting with the company listed.

Same experience today by same caller; exact same wording; SCAM

Same experience as with other comments. Michael Moore stated I had legal documents I needed to sign for from ADR, case #DD2138.

Same b.s. today.. that if i didn't call back or receive paperwork on Thursday that they would turn it in as refusal to serve... funny this guys name was Devon and called me by my maiden name which i haven't used in a long time...

Got a call from Michael Moore from AVR, a legal courier with "the County". Gave me a case number and this phone number to call. Something about a legal proceeding. Sounds like B. S. to me.

I just got this same phone call twice, I told them I reported this number to the police and they hung up on me!!

THEY THREATEN YOU WITH JAIL, ETC ETC. THIS COMPANY IS NOWHERE NEAR LEGIT AT ALL. SOME WOMAN NAMED RACHEL ALLEN CLAIMS SHE WOULD HAVE PAPERWORK SERVED IN MARSHALL COUNTY. I received a call from some unknown caller from this 833-781-7949 phone number. The person would not identify themselves. All they stated was that they were coming to my place of residence to serve me some paperwork in reference to a Cash net account. They gave me a number to call and when I did the company obviously had no name & no one there would identify themselves or say what the name of the company was for that matter. They just kept stating the same thing about I owe money for Cashnet & that I would be going to jail if I did not pay. They are a BIG BIG BIG BIG SCAM... DO NOT FALL FOR ANY CALLS FROM THEM. First of all if they have to call you blocked and they cannot identify themselves whwich under the FDCPA LAWS they are to identify themselves & tell you the mini miranda and not threaten you or harass you.
