I had the same number call me and claimed that I will be served with papers. It's a scam.
Woman by name of Rachel Thomas states if I do not call this number back, then I will be served, paperwork will be given to Marshall County (where I live) and I will be served jail time or other consequences. I called our Sheriff's dept and no one works there by that name, no one at the Clerk's office or anywhere else. She has a threatening voice and they want to verify your SSN, address and DOB. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
