UPS would like all of you to send any documents you have from Synter claiming money owed by UPS to: fraud@ups.com

You all sound hilarious. Rather than sitting here complaining you don't owe a bill why don't you call the freight carrier themselves and ask if you owe the invoice. Synter Resource is a real company and are hired by thousands of freight carriers to resolve their delinquent invoices that some of you have failed to pay or resolve. You can reach Synter at 843-746-2200 opt 0 for an operator and ask for a supervisor or the presidents of the company and they can explain to you the invoices. UPS, FEDEX, CONWAY, YRC, SEFL - all are valid carriers that use Synters service to help with their invoices. Please do more research before just claiming you don't owe a bill. Synter gets their information from the carrier themselves so obviously their is some type of invoice open that they are just trying to help resolve.

Synter Resource is not a scam. Synter is a real company that is hired by numerous freight carriers to resolve delinquent invoices. If you have complaints please call them directly to resolve at 843-746-2200. They are calling or mailing letters for a reason. To stop calls you need to FIX and RESOLVE the invoice or notice with them. The reason they ask for "banking details" is that they provide that information back to the carrier to have the invoice closed from collections. They don't specifically ask for your routing or bank number they ask for the check number, amount, date cashed; if it was over 30 days ago they ask for a copy of the cancelled check showing that check was cashed. Wether you pay Synter or the carrier Synter gets credit from the carrier for the invoice as again they are hired from them to resolve. If you don't believe you owe the invoice then pick up the phone and call them to find out why you are getting notices, they will be happy to explain the charges. Thank you!

IF YOU PAID THE CARRIER UPFRONT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN EXTRA CHARGES FOR ACCESSORIALS THAT WERE NOT PAID AND THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT. EX: CORRECTIONS DUE TO WEIGHT, NOTIFCATION BEFORE DELIVERY, ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS ON THE CARRIERS WEBSITE UNDER THEIR RULES AND TARIFFS. IF YOU ARE INQUIRING AN INVOICE CALL THE CARRIER AND ASK WHAT THE BILL IS FOR.

Total lies, we contacted FedEx about the claimed money owed that synter resource group said we owed on the "ever changing amount " (they always had a slightly different amount we supposedly owed) FedEx says its a scam and our account is clean. Synter, go F $@( yourselves.

Bull shyt. We did contact FedEx and our account is clean. You have an insider sendind fraudulent bills out in hopes someone will pay it. Why did your amount that was supposedly owed change 5 times in 5 calls? Because you're a scammer.

Does calling fedex and asking if we owe anything and being told "no" count as doing research? Your company is just a typical scam. Bully people and make them think they have no choice but to pay "or else". Just like the fake time line, "you must call back by 5pm eastern time, or else". "Or else" what? You'll call again? With the same threat? The reason youre in the state your in is because the laws are on your side, try doing buisiness in my state and you won't be protected by distance.

Used my old and closed business name; incorrect state claiming to be Fed-ex. Message indicated a return call MUST be made within 4 hours. SCAM!! Not calling. Authorities have been contacted.

This poster is full of BS! It is a scam, you can pay your UPS bill by logging into your UPS account or by calling them directly, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE AT THIS PHINE NUMBER ANY INFORMATION, IT IS A SCAM.
