Got the same call, and while it probably won't do any good, I reported the owner of the number to the South Carolina BBB.
I too got an unsolicited call from this number. I never answer calls I do not recognize - THAT is what voicemail is for. Additionally, my cell number is on the Federal Do Not Call registry. I'm reporting this number as a solitcator to them now.
