Got a call from 843-977-2121 on my cell. I answered. Couldn't understand them, because I don't speak spanish. I hung up. I don't have my cell on the do not call list or I would be reporting them.

This # just called my 12 yo cell twice in less than 5 minutes. She didn't answer either time. I tried to call the # and just kept getting a busy signal.
