I've recieved these calls many times. I googles it and arrived here. Just trying to make sure the information matches. I'm logging myself in the do not call registry

I missed the call but I notice they didn't leave a voice mail. My rule of thumb: if they don't leave a message, it was not important. If I'm really curious (e.g. I don't know the area code), then I'll googles it and here I am posting.

I just got that call but I didn't answer it & they left me a recorded message saying that same thing.

Just received a call on my cell, only listed as Charleston SC, left no message but used up one of my minutes

Got a call from a 843-977-2121 and when I answered it asked for me to press 1 for someone live. I 've won $1000.00 obiously this is a scam.

I just got a call from this number. It just beeped and I hung up. How are these idiots getting our cell phone numbers? I thought cell numbers were not published.We need to get our privacy back. It seems nothing is confidential anymore.
