They keep calling me all of a sudden & asking for a 'Tracey R. Charlebois' to call them back. I'M NOT TRACY R. CHARLEBOIS!!! Ugh. It's sooo annoying, & keeps waking me up!

They called with a automated request for my husband (used his name) and a court case file #. They wouldn't give me info, but glad we googled the number, looks to be a total scam

Keep calling looking for someone that does not live here. Already blocked at least 3 other numbers from the same company.

Keep calling rotate between a 5 other numbers. Looking for a deceased relative, claims that the executor, my also deceased sister owed $104,000.00 in accumulated principal and interest on a credit card debt that is 12 years old. Told them that they needed to go to hell to collect. They were not happy. Threatening to sue me. I am sooooo scared.

Just a heads up......Once a person has passed away their debt on a credit card is void. The card company cannot /will not come looking for money. The only time they may is if the card is jointly had by a spouse meaning the bill comes in BOTH names. If u have a card and request a second one for child/friend/ etc by Bill is only in your name they will not ask for paymentAll u do is send death certificate and they dispose the file
