This is a SCAM. It looks like it is the real thing coming from Microsoft but please don't fall for it. They are after your information! This was NOT a phone call but came across my computer. It blocked everything and I wasn't able to get if off my screen till I called a computer store to ask if this was the real thing or not. They said they get numerous calls a day and YES it is a scam. The phone number to call on the screen is the same phone number they were using to call on your phone. I guess they thought they would take another approach since many of us ignore the phone calls. The computer store said to get it off your screen, is to turn off your computer and after about 5 seconds turn it back on. DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER ON YOUR SCREEN! 1-844-992-9756 they will try to lure you into doing what they want you to do to get your info.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
