It is lose, not loose!

I have received numerous calls from 845 406-9533 on my cell phone that I have not answered but the calls continue.The caller does not leave a message and I do not do any business with any person or company in New York.My phone is listed on the do not call list but obviously whoever is calling does not pay attention to.I will answer the next call, advise them that the call is being recorded and submit the recording to the FCC with a complaint.

Unwanted calls

I just called back and played a dumb college kid role...told them that I was 19 and in college and didnt have a baby. He asked me if I knew anyone having a baby and I told him no. It worked!! He said ok I'm sorry and I'll take you off the list, have a good day...try it!!

Has called every day for awhile now and if I don't pick up the keep calling me back. I previously told them they had the wrong number and they still called back. So tonight my friend answered stating I was not available and wouldn't be home for awhile and they proceeded to ask if I had kids she said yeah but you will have to talk to her I am just the babysitter. He said "uh yea uh huh" and did that every time she said that she wasn't me and he would have to call me later. He said "let me just verify your information with you" and she said again I am not confirming anything because I am not her and he said he would call back if that would make her feel more comfortable and was really snide about it. She said he was "stalker creepy". I got weirded out because of issues with a crazy ex and googled the number to find out its some scammer? The were from some tag line baby stuff asking about sending free baby coupons and she said her youngest is five she doesn't need it but the were persistent. Its creeping me out and I am a single mom and I don't know if they know where I live, if they have my correct information or what is going on. I don't understand how they got my cell number.

They call repeatedly over three day period but doesn't leave message. Finally I answer and sHe asks for Dirk. I tell her she has wrong number and then she starts asking about baby stuff too. Very annoying.

I have recieved 4 calls from this number so far today 8/28/12. First call was a Lisa, second call I aasked them not to call anymore, third call was a Indian sounding woman and the last was a guy who wanted me to furnish him some information and I told him NO!! He already has my phone number if he called me, that's all he needs. These people are trying to run some kind of a scam. 4 calls in a time span of less than an hour??

they is somewhat true but to much they might be able to sue you for harassment as well.

sounds like the police are being lasy and not wanting to do their job because to many calls is harassment and you can file a complaint with the federal trade commision, I do it all the time a it helps and the calls stops also to many calls like over 4 calls you maybe able to sue for damages and for harassment but need to contact a lawyer and the other party may half to pay for your attorney if they lose.
