It's chase collection and they really need to train these people woman's accent so bad couldn't be understood and it sounded like a phone center in the background all these people talking over each other but it's really chase bank no wonder they have a bad rep. worse they called my cell phone while hospitalized and talked to my nurse telling her i was behind on my payments

I have received numerous calls from this number....my caller ID says either "Chase" or JP MORGAN CHASE.....sometimes they leave a vm wanting me to call about my card account....I have never had an account with them....I URGE EVERYONE GETTING A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY COMPLAINT CENTER.......sometimes they call from a different number 2105200004........scams....looks like someone could do something about it!

They call multiple times a day to my cell phone. When I call back I always get a recording asking me to enter either my full account number or my full social security #. When I do nothing a live person answers and asks for the last 4 digits only. I don't have a balance on my Chase card and I've never given them my cell number.

They claim to be chase bank but are NOT. They used a signal letter for the first name of the person they asked for. Who does that? This is a scam

I called Chase to complain, and they said that this number does not have any affiliation with Chase. I was told to not answer, and of course to not give out any personal information. She told me that I could block them. I told her that I had placed a block on call and then started receiving text messages from an attorney telling me that I could get lots of money if I pursued filing the number as a scammer. Goodness gracious they hound at every corner not matter what you do. Chase did not seem to be phased about the situation -- at least the deeply accented woman told me. She said that Chase would back whatever I pursued to do. Well isn't that kindly -- why isn't Chase attempting to take care of this as they are being smeared because others think it is them. I am not behind on any payments to Chase either. Very frustrated with the constant phone calls. I asked them for a phone number, that if Chase was calling me that I would know it was them -- the number she gave me was 800-935-9935

When in doubt call the number on the back of your card. This way you are sure you are really talking to the actual bank

Several calls this morning with no one there. I think they're trying to accumulate as many social sec. numbers and financial info as possible--the big scam with false tax returns has been identified as a sophisticated operation from Russia.

This number has repeatedly called my unpublished cellphone on the dates listed below, and at least once on my landline (a couple days ago). I don't recognize it, so I never pick up. I have since read everyone else's posts here. It may or may not be Chase. I do owe Chase some money; I fell behind one month's payment on 2 cards. A week later, the calls started. However, I have also received a few "pay your bill" calls from Chase via their legitimate/different phone number, clearly identifying themselves. So who knows. At this time I'm not picking up either! 99% sure it is Chase. I decided to dial the number, to see what would happen. A recording came on from the same/familiar female prerecorded "voice of Chase" that everyone gets when they call Chase's regular 800 numbers. As I fell 1 month behind in paying my credit cards with them, I presume the calls will keep coming in till the matter is resolved. BTW it never leaves a message; just hangs up when I don't pick up.
