The card service scammers WILL "service" our credit cards, BUT, when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I keep getting calls from this number in reference to my credit card - to get me to "lower" my APR to a higher APR than I currently have. It is a recording. I tried to press 1 to talk to someone to tell them to stop calling me, but it didn't go through. The last time, I think they said it'd be a 20 minute wait. I'm not about to waste 20 mins to tell someone to F off and stop calling me.

Getting call's a lot they won't say anything , I call back to a these [***]'s disconnected their phone is the message ,love to get hold of them ,save the cop's the trouble

"Rachel" credit card scam

These people call my cell every day while I'm at work. The automated message identifies them as "cardholder services" and declares they can help lower my interest rates. I've played along twice, once to try to figure out who they were (they refuse to answer which credit card company they are with and grow angry and rude when asked), the second time simply to ask them to stop calling (to which they responded by promptly hanging up).These people are clearly phishing for credit card information. The caller ID simply says "FL, USA".Stay away from these people and if anyone has any power to shut them down please do so because I bet they are taking money from some unwary souls, which is not cool.

Card holder services won't stop calling me. I am so sick of them. Why the hell can't something be done about these idiots.It is annoying and they are a pain in the [***]!!! I am on the do not call list and have been for years but still they call.

Good ol' "Rachel from Card Services". Same o'l recording about lowering your interest rates.Pressed "1", got some fast-talkin' mumblin' dude. Asked him to speak more clearly, he hung up.Do they not even keep a list of fruitless numbers?Morons!

Thanks for this info - I call the FCC -and aside from giving them the 850-237-4859 number. I referenced this page and gave them that idiot's Course's name and the name of her scam companies. I told them there are nine pages of recent activities along with a series of numbers she uses. the FCC said they would have their investigators look into it. I encourage all to do the same thing. As the FCC has told me, when they get a lot of calls attached to the same number, then they take action.

I get calls from this company using various #'s at least once a week. It is a scam, offering to "lower your credit card interest rate". I've reported them to the DO NOT CALL Registry and also told the most recent caller to never call again.
