over and over again these people continue to call and when you press 1 to speak to someone they just hang up when you ask to be called no more
Yet another "Ann from Accounts Services" recording, the "credit card services" scam that has been calling me 2-3 times a week for seven years.Seven years.Once they have your number, you will get spammed forever. There is nothing you can do but change your phone number and hope they don't get the new number.
Felicia - are you aware that when you posted "do not call my number" - you were just posting to a forum of people who are in the same boat as you? I got two missed calls on my cell today and when I did try to return the call the recording said it was a disconnected number. They change their numbers faster than you can say "jack rabbit". Also, as has been previously posted, these calls are robo calls so no one really knows which calls connect - don't press any numbers to talk to anyone as your real tel number will appear on their screen and you will never get rid of them.
I get calls from this "cardholder Services" all the time... it's an automated message asking me to press 1 to lower my interest rates. I pressed one and asked to speak with a manager. The guy said he was a manager and I said, "Oh isn't THAT a coincidence. Well since you're a manager what can you do about getting me off this list?" The answer of course was nothing, and once I threatened to call the FBI the man told me the FBI were his"best friends" and he has them over his house"all the time". I told him they're my best friends too and that I had them over MY house for Christmas. THEN he told me to stop threatening me, and hung up after I repeated that I wanted to be taken off the list.
The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
