No name or reason for call...

Bill collector :-( URS?

I continue to recieve calls for Debra Cotton. There is not one at this number by that name. Please stop the calls, immediately.Thank YouJeanie Ming850-912-4846

Yes it is URS. A debt collection service. They called my house looking for my niece who does not live here. It's strange bacause they asked for one niece while looking for another niece. I did not know my first niece used my number. Now I have to either have them take me off their calling list or they will get my fax line instead. I can't afford to pay the phone company so much every month so instead, I let the fax line answer the calls. I hope they like that high pitched squeal in their ears.

Harrassing phone calls

10/10/11This number just called and sounded very suspicious... Living in this home for almost three years. The person on the phone said he was looking for a Linda Lowe.. Never heard of this person! He said he reversed searched my address and got my name and number. After I informed him I knew no one by that name, he asked about a neighborhood watch group in my neighborhood. He was asking to get the numbers of neighborhood watch so he could possibly reach this unknown person. Very Very uncomfortable conversation!!! Posts about this number say this is a tele-marketer... NOT so sure about that!!

I got a call from this number yesterday morning at work. They told me they were attempting to collect a debt and that capital one had sent me to collections in June for not paying $1000 balance on my credit card. I told them they were full of it b/c none of my accounts with capital one had been sent to collections. The lady proceded to argue with me about it. She gave me the last 4 of my SSN, my birthday and my address and the full account number they were collecting the debt on. I called Capital one told them everything, they took the account number and ran it thru their database and said the number has NEVER been issued by them to anyone. I work at a bank, so i had someone to pull my credit report and this account wasn't showing on any of the reports they pulled. So...i called this number back and the lady was very surprised to hear back from me. I pretty much told her where to go and how to get there. She stuttered over her words and said she didn't know what to do. That I should investigate this b/c someone apparently stole my identity. I called her out and said she was the one, she hung up on me then.

(850) 659-7220/FL, USAI don't know if the company is in Fort Walton Beach, FL or not, but a lot of companies are now routing there phone calls through local numbers and it's not there real phone number nor is the name showing up. I do not answer calls that show up as Unknown, Unavailable or Private and if the phone number, name, etc., does not show. This phone number has showed up on my home and cell phone with no message left.Reba
