I have been getting calls from this number for the last two weeks. They would call at varied times of the day but leave no message. After reading another post by RayC that it is from PBS I called the number back and opted out of being on their call list. It was very easy - Kudos to PBS for at least providing a way to stop these annoying calls.
Yes it's PBS. I made the "mistake" of donating. Now they won't leave me alone. If and when I want to donate again I will from my end, not from their calling me. Once I talked to a man and he was so rude and persistent I ended up hanging up on him. He wouldn't accept that I couldn't donate at the time. I pressed "one" and we'll see if they leave me alone!

Got the same thing DM1 reported. So, I just blocked the number and reported it to my phone carrier.
