My caller ID said this call was coming from Cambodia; I don't know anyone there, so I didn't answer.Voicemail said I've been named as a person of interest in an important matter and that I need to call 855-325-9118 or else deicsion will be made. This is the third call I've received since last week - all different numbers but essentially the same message. The first person I talked to wanted to serve me papers at my place of employment; I told them I'll do them one better and to meet me at my local police station; they hung up. Scamers! My credit is clean, nothing with Chex Systems - these people are just trying to scare people into paying them.

NRP & Associates called me and indicated that I took a Pay Day Loan - Cash Central in the amount of $450.00. I asked to provide me with the date of this loan and the person indicated Feb. 6, 2009 and somone paid a small amount in return. Today, is March 03, 2014 -- and you are just now trying to call me. This company had my SSN the last four digits, which I would not provide than ANY information. I asked for a case number, address, the bank the funds were routed to, what email was on file. You can get answers from these people if you play dumb, and be nice, and than you take all your information to the police department. I requested an address so my local police department and lawyer could reach them. The opertor would not provide this inforamtion and only gave be a New York PO Box number. NOTE: I am victim of identity theft and my co-work who maintined my personnel files stole my identity and took out four small loans from these type of places. FYI -- someone could have gotten your information and took out a loan. Go file a police report and they will investigate further.

These people just called me about a loan from 2010 and they are rude as ever. The first lady wouldn't give me any information everything was general and vague. When I asked to speak with the woman that originally called me she wouldn't allow me to speak once on the phone. She was very rude. Now I'll admit the debt is legit but trying to come to reason with them was impossible. They continually hung up in my face and said that they did so because all I wanted to do was "run my mouth". I was told "keep your pitiful payment offer and we won't accept that we'd rather see you in court...good luck". I've never encountered customer service this bad in all my life. They should really be investigated by the BBB.

I just recieved the same call, I called it back to see who it was.. Same thing a loan from 2010.. She scared the crap out of me... I decided to google the company and of course nothing showed up.. So did any of you pay this so called place. The gal said her name was Ashley Green.. Sound familiar?

I received the same call about the same time.IAlmost paid this.

How do we get our money back. I'm out 250$ to this place?
