I too, have been getting calls from this number. It's been going on for about three months now. All automated, and at different times. Even on Sunday! I'm flip-in tired of this. I've blocked the # put phone will ring once before blocking it.
They call my work and let automated recording from HENRY HOOVER trying to collect debt. The number he's with 855-519-4476 traces back to company Harris and Harris. I am fed up with scammers. WISH THEY WOULD TAKE ME COURT
"Henry Hoover" with Harris & Harris call and leave an automated message stating if I am so and so, please call them back about an important business matter, if I am not so and so, please call a different number to get my number removed. I listened to the entire message,...there will now be a 3 second pause, if you are not so and so, please hang up, if you are so and so, please continue to listen.....Blah, blah, blah! Scam!
I keep getting calls from this number. All they ever do is leave the phone number. I screen all calls so don't answer it to begin with and their recorded message stars before my voice mail does so all I ever get is the last 7 digits of the number. Been getting these calls for months now, several times a day. I am on the Do No Call list.
855-519-4476 keeps calling my CELL and I've blocked it. Never leaves message, no idea what it's regarding, gives no information. I'm on the do not call list and this STILL comes through. Trying to find who to report them to.
They are calling me daily. I believe it is a debt collection company for one of the utility companies. But yes it is from Harris & Harris.....
I called this number back and advised them that I have no outstanding debt and have no idea why they are calling and they were to stop immediately. She asked if I was located in a certain city and I advised her that I was not and she advised she would remove our number from their list. She was again reminded to never call our home again!I did not call from the number where the call was received. She did not ask for SS # or any other information other than the phone number.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
