They called my google voice number to leave their scam message. Hilarious, as that number is in no way connected to my cable service. *click*BYE!
According to comcast chat support, I have no call records on file. So this is definitely leaning toward spam call...

I recieved a voicemail from this number. But like others have said I havent had any problems with my internet. I dont even use comcast equipment just their service. I own my modem and router so why would they want to check my equipment? I think its a scam. We are talking about comcast here, part of one of the most money hungry corporations in the world. You think they care about coming to fix or check or equipment? Ha! Their customer service not too many years ago was rated WORST in the US. You are just a number. Another payment for them to collect every month. They monopolize areas so you have no other choices (at least i dont). So long story short im not responding to this phone call or contacting comcast unless I get issues.
Said they were from comcast and that they detected a degradation in my home network and want to send a technician out. Is this legit. Sorry for all caps
