Sounds like it IS FedEx. I just had a problem with a FedEx package yesterday, and this is the first time I've received a call from that number. I didn't answer, so can't say for sure.
CID = "TOLL FREE CALL" Nonsense CID. I have not talked to FEDEX in years. Caller hung up on machine.This is a scam number, otherwise they would have left a message.
Says it is a FedEx survey but repeated the same question 3 times. Disconcerting. Called Fedex who claim that they only do surveys at the end of your call, not in a separate call. Have no idea what this is about.
I received a call from this number, caller ID 800 Service, saying it was a Fedex Survey from a recent inquiry. I am a Fedex customer, but did not call Fedex. It is probably a phishing scam or they are trying to get you to say "yes".
Not a phishing scam. A recording said it was Fedex survey and asked if I was the person who contacted Fedex yesterday. Since I am, I then answered the call and responded to the questions.
At least I don't think it is a phishing scam. Who else would know I called Fedex yesterday? Several times, actually, so I don't know which call this survey was about. I rated the customer rep with a 10 approval and Fedex overall with a 0 disapproval for not picking up the package as had been scheduled since last week. I was able to leave a voice message as follow up to my responses.
