I was told the call was from Dekalb Medical in Decatur, Georgia. Concerning a balance of $38.00. I was asked what my email address was. The hospital has that in their records. SHAM!

Probably. My mother got a message saying the same thing. They called her Katherine even though she would never call them that.
That Bill Russell sure is a busy guy. He has the voice of a woman. Same as JC ' s call- Ford Explorer, documents etc.
we've gotten 2 different messages, 2 cars won for two different members of our household. Yes, Bill is certainly a busy guy and who wants a Ford Explorer anyway? Nothing ever came in the mail either. I'll try calling back from my work phone from the Fortune 500 company where I work. That'll screw them up.
I got the same msg April 1st. I don't remember entering that contest and didn't get anything in the mail so I thought I would check here before responding.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
