Same crap, SCAM filed a complaint. After reading all of this I actually called the number and left a message telling him I have reported this to the State and Federal authorities. Again one of those if it's too good to be true it probably is!
They do still make the Taurus, there was a break of 2-3 years when they were not produced. However, that's not the part of the scam.
I got the call today, the guy sounds like a total computer nerd. Called me from 855-647-0734 all I get is a recording.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
