She keeps calling my resturant and is really rude she's a scammer and wants card information
1(855)409-2667 . ext1"davis" said some bs about the merchant account being overcharged and demanded to speak on a recorded line.
A woman FINALLY answered the phone after she called me and tried to say that she was with my credit card processing company and that she was tracking down some over charges on my account. When I asked her who my credit card processing company was, she couldn't answer me. I then asked her if she didn't know who my company was, how could she know that I was overcharged. She then changed her story and said that she was calling to see if I was overcharged for June, July and August. I then asked if she worked for my credit card processing company and she got very defensive. I started to explain to her how amazingly stupid she was and she started to yell so I called my wife over and said - "Hey, come over here and listen to the stupid, stupid telemarketing woman trying to scam me, it's pretty funny because she is SOOOO stupid. The woman then started yelling at me and said "This call is being recorded, so..." and went on so I said, this call is being recorded, good. Let's get this in the permanent record, "you are a moron, a big stupid moron". She finally hung up. I called the company back to have them put me on their permanent do-not-call list but they just put me on permanent hold. Apparently this really stupid woman doesn't like being called stupid. Hey... I just call them as I see them.
How many times do you need to tell them you aren't interested in a merchant account and quit calling
Pretended to be with my "credit card merchant processor", even though she could not tell me WHO that was. "You have a terminal, don't you? I'm with them." Ok, lady.
Erica called me to have me pull up a credit card statement to tell her what percentage we were being charged and that we were overcharged some non-mandated fees that they will investigate and credit to me. She said that she was with the company that oversees my merchant company and that she was here to fix my charges. She wanted me to email her my statement to D@stmtpro.com while on the phone with her....didn't sound right so I told her I would do it when we hung up. Glad I googled the number and found out my suspicions were correct!
They claim to be a government entity and said she will call everyday or else she will lose her job?!
