^ Like above called saying from Harte Hanks and wanted to verify company address. I informed her only the PR person could do so and transferred her.
They call every other day and I won't put them through. They are calling under the guise of Harte Hanks. I tell them no one is available and when I ask "to what is the call in reference", they hang up.
Asked a lot of questions - like a survey
Harte Hanks calls all the time from different phone numbers. They are phishing for information. No matter how many times you hang up the phone, they will call back. Hopefully the loud sound they heard from my phone will make them finally cease and desist. Their glassdoor reviews are terrible.
Man with accent (and a lot of background noise) wanted to verify a list of contacts. I said that company policy dictated putting his request in writing, and he confirmed the mailing address. Whether he'll actually do so is anybody's guess.
called asking about our IT gear - obvious scam
Call several times each week. Have been told by HR they will not verify positions or titles. Keep asking for the same information address, company name, and titles.
Message from Switchboard 27 Jun 2016 is not me.
This number called asking for my CFO. They claimed to be from ECI Database Technologies. I put them on hold until they were gone :)

Got a text from “SpeedX” from (844) 866-3737 stating that my delivery is on its way. It’s not clear what that is. I’m just a person not a company. It stayed to verify my address. Nope. The url seemed legit but didn’t click on it. Reverse ... read more
