My screen reads, " TRADEMAGSERVICE". They call multiple times daily- today they have called about seven times already. I never answer and they never leave a message.
I don't know who's getting a free trade mag linked to our number. We've had this number for 5 years and have seen no trade magazine nor do we have any use for one.
These boneheads are pretty persistent. Instead of calling once a day every day, they're calling twice now. 8am-ish and 11am-ish. 3 rings, no voice message. A flaming meteor wouldn't be good enough payback for annoying telemarketers. If this is the company noted above, you can give them reviews on Google and Yelp.
Every single freakin day, multiple times. Says trademagservice or whatever. I talked to one guy once and he was snippy and curt as hell when I told him my boss wasn't here. He wanted an exact time and date..doesn't sound like magazines to me.
Get 3-4 calls per day from this number--usually with no one on the line when I answer (have to because they are calling a government business number!). Yesterday, tiny voice asked for someone and I couldn't understand who they wanted or where they were calling from. This morning, claimed to be from Firehouse Magazine from whom we purchase a subscription. Girl claimed that we could get it for free for someone else. Told her we weren't interested as we were already receiving a copy. She got huffy and hung up! I have great faith that since this number has been calling me 3-4 times per day for the last few weeks that the phone number will come up more times today and in the future! If they don't have a job and need one, I could arrange for them to clean the streets of the city with a tooth brush to keep them occupied!
It's a magazine renewal thing. Just call them back and ask them to add your number to the do not call list and they will do so. Very polite, hardly worth all the freaking out and/or being nasty. Just people using a crappy robodial service to reach people.
The number calls our business 6-12 times a day. No one is ever on the other end of the line.
gee, you mean an...illegal...robodial service....illegally calling... a number on the DNC list?I have NEVER subscribed to trade rags, and haven't had any other mag subscriptions in almost 20 years.me: "Hello?"them: " Helloand we present the industr's largest confierence....." oh, I'm sorry, did I hang up on you? why don't you go back and cry on Mitch's shoulder since I was so rude to you.
