Told me doing a health survey for CT residents. Explained, that my phone is a CT work phone, but that I am a resident of another state. Then, she says--well, it is a national survey. I hung up.

Same as everyone else State of Ct doing health survey. Has repeatedly called at least a dozen times in last two weeks going to block number now. Why so many calls? They usually try around 6-8pm which I find to be an unusual time for such a call

They call me constantly... Just got another call at 2:40 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Funny how they start of saying how I am chosen randomly, however they call me constantly. I don't answer anymore... Now they leave voice messages. Very annoying!!

State of CT Health Department stating they wanted to do a survey. How dare they call cell phones.

They keep calling me as well. Eventually, I blocked them.

Calls past 9 pm at night and claims they are conducting a health survey for the state of Ct. they have called before and don't leave messages. Do not answer when I don't recognize the number. With hippa who would answer them and everyone knows that they should not be calling past 9 pm

So. Many. Calls. Absolutely irritating. I've given up trying to combat all this stuff and downloaded an app which just blocks every call from anyone I don't have in my contacts list. Brutal.

Call on home line from this number. Said was from CT health dept in conjunction with CDC and asked how many residents are in home, how many over 18, how many were male. Then said that means one female, correct. So I said yes. Then she asked to speak to the resident with the next birthday. I said he was not home and then she asked when they could reach him. This caller made me feel very creeped out. Please be aware.

This number keeps calling at least once a week, always in evening stating they are with the State Dept of Health and public household are chosen randomly to complete a survey. Told her we were in middle of house emergency and she still wanted to complete the survey. I said this wasn't a good time and she said she'd call back later. Called again tonight. Noticed the same number has been calling and calling for over a month, couple times a week, never leaving a message, and always at night. Something isn't right. CT employee wouldn't call at night, never reaching anyone, never leaving message...

Just got a call from this number. My son answered and they said they wanted to talk to an adult they said the was from the board of health conducting a survey. I said what he told me the same thing and asked me they would call on Super Bowl night. I thought it was not real since it’s Sunday evening. But wast the first time calling from Hartford.
