It is a violation of 47 USC 333 to jam cell signals: "No person shall willfully or maliciously interfere with or cause interference to any radio communications of any station licensed or authorized by or under this chapter or operated by the United States Government." Furthermore: "Federal law prohibits the operation, marketing, or sale of any type of jamming equipment, including devices that interfere with cellular and Personal Communication Services (PCS), police radar, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and wireless networking services (Wi-Fi)."
This number called me on Sunday March 27th at 9 o'clock a.m. Since I get a lot of spam calls, I picked it up and hung up immediately. Some type of alert started beeping on my phone which I had trouble turning off. It was very strange. I ended up calling this number, and after 3 Rings a female, or possibly a transexual in transition, answered and I confronted them about why they called my number and were they spamming people? The person said yes, I'm messing with this [***]. I cursed at this person, and hung up. Here's the number that appears when they called 973-881-2261 and another one was 862-231-2554. I'm debating about reporting them. Or, calling my local police that information I'm sick of these losers.
since i dont know the number, i didn't answer and these freaking jerks didn't leave a message so i blocked the number. bloody hell.
A call came in from this unknown # in NJ. I never pick up but Googled and learned it's ex-cons trying to extract identity theft info
On the chance that I will get one of these losers to answer the phone which I did today. The person when confronted said that they like messing with this [***]. I'm reporting them to the police. I actually got a real human being. The first time I ever called back.

I am being investigated by the IRS, and guess what, they want me to immediately send them money. Not bloody likely. Blocked number.
