Unknown # to me, didn't answer, no connection for caller. If caller cannot identify who they are I categorize it as a scam.
SCAM ALERT BEWARE: CRIMINALS - take your pick Student loan, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Credit Card, etc. - Received unsolicited call. Criminals looking for gullible victims. Old scam to get personal information and Credit Card info. NOTE: Hang up calls are a result of the operator being on the line with another person. The auto dialer hangs up and dials the next number until a operator is available.
Call on my cell about 4:30. Don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Caller did not leave a message.
Called 0708 pdt 2016.05.07. Didn't recognize.#. Caller ID blank but listed as from Newark, NJ. Declined call.
Caller at 11am from Newark NEW JERSEY, answered, said hello twice and hung up after 16 seconds of silence.
These jerks called me April 17 but I didn't find this website until today thus the delay. I see they've been busy. I'm going to look up every number that has called me since then (and there are dozens) and leave a post on this site about it.

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
