received 2 calls in last few days from this number on my cell phone - Same experience as above when I answered the message was "you have been selected to ...." and I hung up. I was curious so called the number back on another phone and the message was "unable to connect...." Phishing for our info and money, I would guess.
Received call at 10 pm ET, they did not leave a message. Don't know anyone from NJ. Probably a scam or a political call.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
