Just got a call. No message left. I don't answer if I don't know a number. No credit cards here so these scams are a lost cause calling us :-)
These people are driving me crazy...daily calls to my cell phone. I have received 2 calls from this number today. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
We have been receiving calls from this number for 6 months. And today we received 2 calls within an hour. During the first call, I pressed 9 and got a live rep to whom I requested that my number be taken off their call list. When I began speaking during the 2nd call, the rep hung up on me as reported from others above. It is so frustrating.
automated message made it sound like a call from one of credit cards i pressed 1 to talk to someone .man answered said he was with credit card services they wanted to lower my interest rate .i asked himn which of my credit cards he was with ,he didnt answer itold him i dont carry a balance on any cards and to take me off his list he said he cant and i would continue to get calls from them even though im on do not call list he was very rude.
Recieved a call today saying if I press "9" I can lower my interest rate on my credit cards to 6.9%. I pressed "9" already knowing of the scam. She asked me if I pressed "9" to lower my interest rate. I said, "take me off your calling list". She said I was not on a list- I was being called because I signed up for this call when I got my credit card....bogus!So I told her I already seen this number online and it was a scam. She stuttered and didn't know what to say at first. Then she said, "well your bank is a scam." Whatever that meant!I told her to have a GREAT day (sacasticly) and hung up.
They call me all the time and I never answer... Next time I get a call from them I'm telling them it's a minor's number and if they don't delete my number, my attorney will for them. That threat usually works
I get a call from this number at least once a week. I never answer so I have never had the pleasure of speaking to the rude obnoxious people making the calls.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
