Same recorded lower your credit card interest rate scam. I'm on the do not call list. I blocked the number, so I wont hear from them again, hopefully.
Verify that your number is on government "do not call list" if it is file the complaint. Maybe if they get a few our useless government will do something....Very unlikely...
There IS something you can do....do what I do. When I get someone live on the line I do my best to puncture their eardrum with a whistle.It might not stop them from calling....but it make ME feel a lot happier :)
Got a call from this #. Stated they wanted to lower my credit card rates. I have caller blocking. They still got through. When I asked them what credit card they were talking about they hung up. Wish the F.B.I. would do something, I'm sure whatever they are doing is illegal.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
