Got a call 12/21/11 at 5, 5:06, and 5:43. Automated voice said it was a call to lower my credit card interest rate, so I hit 1 to get a person sensing t it was fishy that a company name wasn't disclosed. When I asked what credit card company they were with (sensing a scam to get ppls CC info) they hung up on me and didn't call back...so if they are bugging you, there's an option to stop the calls.

I am amazed that this company can continue to robocall the world. I have reported them to the FBI, to the FTC and I made a complaint on the Do not Call registry.

Receiving recorded messages daily. When I dialed 1 today to speak to a live person, the individual who answered said he represents "Card Member Services" and when I told him I am on the National Do Not Call Registry, he claimed that his call is not subject to the terms of that registry. He would not refer me to a supervisor or give me another number to call until I answered his questions. I refused to answer any questions and when I demanded more information from him he hung up. Very unfuriating and intrusive.

Never answered. They better stop!

been getting calls from lower interest 971-217-9513. They call my home during the day since I dont answer Im assuming they will now try to call in on a cell. Thanks for employment and the option to turn off answering machine I dont have to listen to them

CC interest rate reduction---SPAM!

I have reported these people to my congressman and suggest that others do something similar. They ignore the do not call list, lie about who they represent and refuse to give out information such as where they are based. Their operators are obviously instructed to hang up when asked such questions.

This number has called me four times within the past thirteen days alone. Two of which were today within only a few hours. This company claims that I have a final warning about my credit credit card accounts and as soon as I hear the automated voice I hang up. Funny thing though, I couldn't possibly have any problems with my credit cards and those accounts because I don't even have a credit card. I have a savings and a debit. Off the bat these people obviously want my personal information. Also, my aunt was contacted on her Verizon phone by this same phone number, she was scammed not a month or two ago. They scared her into providing credit card information. Luckily, the money the scammed her out of was returned to her in full by the bank. But please, DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO! I'm going to call Verizon and find out how to block the number. By the way, are the numbers this company is calling all from the same phone service? Has anything been looked into about how they are getting the numbers in the first place? These are some answers anyone who is getting the annoying phone calls deserves to know.
