Instead of blocking them, redirect them to a POLICE hotline number - any auto disconnects will trigger investigations. After a while, police will start hunting these lowlifes

I am receiving a call daily. I connected to a live person and asked them to remove my phone number from their system and they hang up. This has been going on for a couple of years.

Robo call about credit cards

I got a call from this number at 1:22 PM this afternoon. I answered and it was a prerecorded message about lowering my interest rates on my current credit card account and to press the number 1 to speak with a representative. I am fully aware this is a credit card scam and I just hung up. My caller ID read Lakeland, Florida.

WRONG! I haven't answered their calls for the 3 years they have been calling - and they still call. Explain that.

got this caller this morning, said some crap about interest owed, I told "it" I was on the "Do Not Call" list, 'it' promptly said "good, We'll Call again tomorrow". I immediately called them back(twice), and left two very short messages "G-F-Y"!My number is now on there Blocked list, LOL!!

Why should we, with all the taxes SOME of us pay in to pay for law enforcement, intelligence agencies etc, why should we be forced into purchasing any equipment to stop the harassing calls? All BS... I do not answer any out of state number, any number I do not recognize. What if they are calling, u answer, they know you're home and come kill ya? This crazy world we live in.. Not takin chances... Just think it's insanely effed up the things we gotta do, buy to have peace and serenity in our own homes. The FBI etc should be hunting down such leeches & locking them up!! Good God, do what r they're paid to do!

these people are contracted telemarketers. I get different messages from the same number; either for CC crap or my personal favorite and interest rate reduction which makes it sound like it's my actual bank....despite what other people on here say I've gotten a live person and used horn over the phone just to piss them off.

Get a call like this almost every day. I don't answer, because I can pretty much guess what it's about by the Caller I.D. I just don't understand why they keep it up. Does anyone really fall for this anymore?

I now have a phone by Panasonic that allows me to block specific numbers. Wonderful!!
