Someone named Annette Smith calls from a 866-281-4135 number on my Mom caller ID. Annette indicates that she is trying to reach my Mom and would like her to call 866-441-4732. She also gives her a reference number to use for the call. I told my Mom have not taken the bait and hang up next time! She have been getting calls for the past couple months from this number. An Annette Smith has left a message after massage with a reference number to call her back. Finally I just thought of calling them to find out what it was about and a certain representative picked up and asked for the reference number and he put me on hold to find out about the reference number and all of a sudden she was disconnected. Weird ! ((( After this time of calling my Mom ,I feel that this is harassment of my Mom! ! ! ! ))

I AM NOT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. I GOT THIS PHONE NUMBER A YEAR AGO AND HAVE BEEN HARASSED SINCE. AS WITH YOU ALL, I TRIED VIA PHONE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE, BUT WAS IGNORED AND TREATED RUDELY. I SENT THIS STU BRENNER AN EMAIL DEMANDING A STOP AND I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC. I TOOK YOUR ADVISE AND JUST SENT A FAX. I WILL NEXT CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN NEW YORK AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA WHERE I LIVE. I HAVE READ ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS STU BRENNER AND I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW HE CAN CONTINUE TO OPERATE. I DID BLOCK THE NUMBER A YEAR AGO, BUT IT STILL RINGS 1 TIME. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND AM LOADED FOR BEAR.

They keep calling about an invoice that was supposedly not paid, but cannot provide a date/ invoice number/ or copy of the invoice or any description regarding what this invoice was for. When I insist that they give us more information so that we can find the proof of payment they are insisting upon, they simply threaten to go to court and ignore my request for information. VERY suspicious.

This number keeps calling me claiming I owe a medical bill from Jan 2011. When I called the medical office they confirmed I paid and do not owe anything. This number calls multiple times a day for no reason and will not leave me alone.

JDB looking for person with like name. Go to debtorboards & learn how to deal with these people.Remember never talk to them on the phone, it will do you no good. Make them send you every thing in writing. You could get paid for there stupidity.

To all,I too, have been receiving calls from this number several times a day and decided to call them back and give them a taste of their own medicine. I called 866-281-4135 and asked for Annette Smith or a supervisor, of course, no Annette Smith, but "Kim" said she was taking Annette's calls and asked me for my account #. I told her I had no account with them and needed info from a Supervisor, as to who they were as I have no account with an Annette Smith and know no one from that number. I asked if this was SKO Brenner American and "Kim" said yes, I again asked for Annette Smith and asked for her number. Kim refused to give the info I requested and she kept asking me for my phone number; which I would not give. I reminded "Kim" that they called me and so they had a phone number already. "Kim" got upset and said she could not help me but finally did admit that the number I was calling from was recorded and I then asked then why should I repeat it to her and she tried to cover up her mistake and finally told me she was hanging up if I could not provide her with an account number or phone number and could no longer give me info I wanted about who they were and why they were calling. I had told "Kim" since she had the number recorded and I did not have anything to do with them, and had no billing ,or any info on them, she had the wrong person but I would not give my name (or verify the number I was calling from) as I was not who they were after. She promised to "remove" my number (which she did not have she said) within 24 hours. Then Kim hung up! I called back asking again for Annette Smith and got "Rose" who said she was taking calls for Annette Smith. When I asked for Annette Smith 's number or a supervisor "Rose" refused to give me Annette Smith or a supervisor explaining that she was taking Annette Smith's calls as Annette Smith was busy. I refused to give her the number I was calling from and told her that she had it recorded so I did not need to repeat the number and she became more upset and said I could not talk to Annette Smith as she was busy and needed my account number to continue. I do not have an account number and I told her so. "Rose insisted I give a phone number, then and I refused and kept asking to speak with an Annette Smith who the message said to call. After several minutes of back and forth with "Rose" ~Rose pulled the plug! I looked up SKO Brenner American online and they are located at 40 Daniel St. , P.O. Box 230, Farmingdale, NY and a phone number is listed as 866-281-4135. They are listed as a "national billing, customer retention and collection outsource provider" and "accounts receivable management service and full service commercial collection agency". So I called this phone number and got "Doreen". I asked if this was SKO Brenner American in NY and "Doreen" said "yes". I explained I needed to speak with Annette Smith who had called me. "Doreen said she was taking calls for Annette Smith. I told her that was funny was there really an Annette Smith there as I had already spoke to a "Kim" and a "Rose" and now "Doreen" who all were taking calls for Annette Smith. I asked if Annette really worked there? and if so, could I get her number to speak with her directly? "Doreen" got aggitated right away and needed my account number. I again explained to "Doreen" that that was why I was calling as I had had a call from Annette Smith and had no account or a phone number to give to her. "Doreen" asked what number I was calling from and I explained that she had it recorded according to a "Kim" I had spoken with and so I was calling to let Annette Smith know that she had a wrong number. "Doreen" getting frustrated then asked for an account number and I again explained I had no account with them so that I needed to speak with Annette Smith to get it all straightened out. "Doreen" became more aggitated and said she was going to disconnect the call if I could not provide the phone number I was calling from. I explained that I was on a borrowed line and I could not give it out ,as it was private, and that her equipment had recorded the number and call and I needed to clear it all up by speaking directly with Annette Smith. Disgusted "Doreen" hung up.Gosh, did I do something wrong???

just got a call from a annette natalie smith from 1-877-721-1403 dont these scamers get tried of trying to scam people looks to me like they have no life.. i so tried of this lady calling my cell phone everyday.. so if anyone recvd a call from this number its just trying to scam you so just hang up..
