Has called several times on my cell in the past weeks. Same "Annette Smith" message until one time I answered on the caller and told them to stop calling my number.Make sure you let them know their harassment is not tolerated. Whether they are legitimate or not they should conduct themselves in a more respectful manner of leaving messages/mystery calling.

keeps calling for someone i don't know. says that i am Michael blowes and i don't even know this man. they have the wrong number, i have been telling them this for over 1 year now and they will not stop. my phone is on a do not call list. but they seem to some how keep calling.

This company calls me at least 3 times a day. They are idiots trying to collect a early termination fee for verizon which I already paid.I have filed a complaint with the FTC and will sue if the calls don't stop

I get calls if I dont answer they dont leave a message they just let there recorded message run and block up my cell phone...

Its no wonder Tom your attitude is such.. Collection Agencies, well very few are legitimate in any type of pure resolution of matters.. They bully, maime, harasss, threaten, all folks work, and do much damage to a person at home and at their place of business. Not only that I know a dozen souls that were harassed so bad that the Judge was FURIOUS with the various companies and DROPPED all money owed due to the under-handed gestapo tactics and threats.. Not only that they run folks cell phone bills up, many are on plans that they pay if they use their phone and dont pay if they dont use it.. So every stupid call that comes through and is a hang up, the Collection Agency should be returned sued for the fees the person has had to pay... No these agencies think they are above the law, but go ahead and tape one of their agents, (which by the way is legitimate and CAN be admitted into court) and watch the agent tuck tail and run from the Judge for this harassement. YES, there are devices you can use to tape a conversation on the phone and it can be used in court. You have to do it right but it is legal.. I use to work for an ACLU attorney..

I don't get people like this...if they are truly a collection agency, why do they hang up on people. I got the same Annette Smith message, and when I tried to call them back the man answered and asked what my name was. I asked him "well, who are you looking for." They just want to match a name to a number. They must get a quarter for every call they make - I don't know who could afford to pay these people if they don't stay on the phone long enough to tell someone who they are. Anyway, I have no outstanding or deliquent debt so they can call as much as they want. Some other company tried to do this to me and I filed a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission - the calls stopped.

keep calling but can't understand why!! I haven't had any past due accounts in more than 6 years since my bankruptcy filing. Can't get anyone to talk to and want to block this number from my iphone but don't know how.Loosers will always find a way to annoy the rest of us!!

Call no answer, hangs up.

Post the NY BBB Number. We all can call them until they do something.I am ready to call their local police and I haven't been hit as hard as most posting here.
